FoxBattle - Terms and Conditions

Agreement

By accessing or using the FoxBattle app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are outlined below. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and FoxBattle. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the app. We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the app after changes to the terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility

To participate in any tournament or event hosted by FoxBattle, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental or guardian consent to use the app.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from using FoxBattle for any reason.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in such activities is prohibited by law.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify FoxBattle immediately if you believe that your account has been accessed or used by someone else without your permission. FoxBattle is not liable for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access or use of your account, except where such unauthorized use is due to our own negligence.

Tournament Participation

When you participate in a tournament, you agree to abide by all the rules and regulations specified by FoxBattle for that tournament. These may include entry fees, eligibility criteria, and game-specific rules.

• Tournaments may involve both free and paid entry options. If you choose a paid tournament, you agree to pay the specified fee in full.
• Failure to comply with the tournament rules may result in disqualification, suspension, or banning from future tournaments.
• You acknowledge that all decisions made by the tournament organizers are final and binding.

Code of Conduct

As a participant in the FoxBattle app, you are expected to follow a set of behavioral standards to ensure a positive and fair experience for all users. By using the app, you agree to:

• Not engage in abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
• Not engage in cheating, hacking, or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Not use offensive language or make inappropriate comments towards other users.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users.
• Not engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, identity theft or payment fraud.

Live Streaming and Cheating

Some tournaments may be broadcast live through platforms such as YouTube or Twitch. You agree not to cheat or engage in unfair practices during these events.

• If cheating or exploiting bugs or glitches is detected during a live stream or in any other tournament, your account will be permanently banned from the platform.
• Cheating includes any actions that violate the fair play principle, including manipulating game mechanics or using third-party tools to interfere with game integrity.

Disclaimer

FoxBattle makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the app or any content available through it. The app is provided "as is," without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee that the app will be free from errors or interruptions, nor do we guarantee the availability of all services at all times.

Changes to Terms

FoxBattle reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date of these Terms and Conditions or through other means, including email notifications or in-app notifications. You agree to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the app after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

FoxBattle values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. By using the app, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. We collect information such as:

• Your account details, including username and email address.
• Payment information for transactions made within the app.
• Data related to your usage of the app, including game activity and tournament participation.

• Providing you with the services offered by FoxBattle, including tournament participation.
• Improving the app and user experience.
• Sending you promotional offers, updates, and newsletters (you can opt out at any time).

Agreement to Terms

By participating in the tournament, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined above. Your participation signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

• आप पहले कभी FoxBattle से किसी कारण से प्रतिबंधित या निलंबित नहीं किए गए हों।
• आप उस क्षेत्राधिकार में नहीं रह सकते जहां इस तरह की गतिविधियों में भाग लेना कानून द्वारा निषिद्ध हो।

खाता जिम्मेदारी

उपयोगकर्ता अपने खाता क्रेडेंशियल्स की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार होते हैं और अपने खाते के तहत होने वाली सभी गतिविधियों के लिए उत्तरदायी होते हैं। यदि आपको लगता है कि आपके खाते का बिना अनुमति के कोई अन्य व्यक्ति उपयोग कर रहा है, तो आपको तुरंत FoxBattle को सूचित करना चाहिए। FoxBattle किसी भी अनधिकृत पहुंच या आपके खाते के उपयोग से होने वाली किसी भी हानि या नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा, सिवाय इसके कि यदि यह अनधिकृत उपयोग हमारी लापरवाही के कारण हुआ हो।

टूर्नामेंट में भागीदारी

जब आप किसी टूर्नामेंट में भाग लेते हैं, तो आप FoxBattle द्वारा निर्धारित सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं। इनमें प्रवेश शुल्क, योग्यता मानदंड और खेल-विशिष्ट नियम शामिल हो सकते हैं।

• टूर्नामेंट में मुफ्त और भुगतान दोनों प्रकार के प्रवेश विकल्प हो सकते हैं। यदि आप एक भुगतान टूर्नामेंट का चयन करते हैं, तो आप निर्दिष्ट शुल्क को पूरी तरह से भुगतान करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।
• टूर्नामेंट के नियमों का पालन नहीं करने पर अयोग्यता, निलंबन या भविष्य के टूर्नामेंटों से प्रतिबंधित किया जा सकता है।
• आप स्वीकार करते हैं कि टूर्नामेंट आयोजकों द्वारा किए गए सभी निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होंगे।

FoxBattle ऐप में एक भागीदार के रूप में, आप सभी उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए सकारात्मक और निष्पक्ष अनुभव सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक व्यवहारिक मानक का पालन करने की उम्मीद रखते हैं। ऐप का उपयोग करके, आप सहमत होते हैं:

• आप दुर्व्यवहार, भेदभावपूर्ण या अनुपयुक्त व्यवहार में संलग्न नहीं होंगे।
• आप धोखाधड़ी, हैकिंग या तीसरे पक्ष के सॉफ़्टवेयर का उपयोग करके अनुचित लाभ प्राप्त करने में संलग्न नहीं होंगे।
• आप अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं के प्रति अपशब्दों का उपयोग या अनुपयुक्त टिप्पणियाँ नहीं करेंगे।
• आप अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं की गोपनीयता और संवेदनशीलता का सम्मान करेंगे।
• आप धोखाधड़ी गतिविधियों में संलग्न नहीं होंगे, जिसमें पहचान की चोरी या भुगतान धोखाधड़ी शामिल है।

लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग और धोखाधड़ी

कुछ टूर्नामेंट को YouTube या Twitch जैसे प्लेटफ़ार्मों के माध्यम से लाइव प्रसारित किया जा सकता है। आप इन घटनाओं के दौरान धोखाधड़ी या अनुचित प्रथाओं में संलग्न नहीं होने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।

• यदि किसी लाइव स्ट्रीम या किसी अन्य टूर्नामेंट के दौरान धोखाधड़ी या बग्स/ग्लिचेस का फायदा उठाते हुए पकड़ा जाता है, तो आपका खाता स्थायी रूप से प्लेटफ़ार्म से प्रतिबंधित कर दिया जाएगा।
• धोखाधड़ी में वे सभी क्रियाएँ शामिल हैं जो निष्पक्ष खेल सिद्धांत का उल्लंघन करती हैं, जैसे खेल के मैकेनिक्स को मैनिपुलेट करना या खेल की अखंडता से छेड़छाड़ करने के लिए तीसरे पक्ष के उपकरणों का उपयोग करना।

अस्वीकरण

FoxBattle ऐप या इसके माध्यम से उपलब्ध किसी भी सामग्री की सटीकता, पूर्णता या उपयुक्तता के बारे में कोई वारंटी या प्रस्तुति नहीं देता है। ऐप "जैसा है" प्रदान किया जाता है, बिना किसी प्रकार की वारंटी के, चाहे वह व्यक्त हो या निहित हो, जिसमें वाणिज्यिकता या किसी विशेष उद्देश्य के लिए उपयुक्तता की वारंटी शामिल है।

टूर्नामेंट में भाग लेकर, आप ऊपर उल्लिखित सभी शर्तों और नियमों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं। आपकी भागीदारी इन शर्तों को समझने और स्वीकार करने के रूप में मानी जाएगी।
